Stanford University’s School of Engineering is seeking a Faculty Affairs and Staffing Manager to lead faculty affairs for 70+ faculty, coordinate immigration processes, and supervise the Faculty Affairs/HR Administrator. The role sits within the Computer Science Department and reports to finance and operations leadership.
The position requires demonstrated Faculty Affairs experience, knowledge of Stanford HR processes, and experience with visa and residency processes.
This position has been deemed critical by the School of Engineering Dean’s Office and is exempt from the hiring freeze.
Work Arrangement: This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days/week working at the Stanford main campus, subject to operational needs.
Budgeted Salary: The budgeted base salary range for this position is $104,412 - $127,926 per annum.

This position is part of the Computer Science Department’s central administrative team and its main focus is Faculty Affairs for 70+ faculty and supervision of the Faculty Affairs Administrator 1. This position reports to the Department Director of Finance and Operations and works closely with the department chair and School of Engineering Faculty Affairs.
