Job summary

Nestlé Gerber is seeking a Factory Specialist ME to strengthen TPM routines and build capability across Local Leadership Team and shop floor teams. You will improve data reliability, support loss elimination, and accelerate execution of key improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include shaping improvement plans with LLT, ensuring governance, and guiding corrective actions while partnering with HR to develop pillar capability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• 1–3 years in Manufacturing with cross-functional team exposure.
• Experience with TPM, lean and loss analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Supports definition and execution of Local Leadership Team improvement plans.
• Strengthens TPM routines and data reliability on the shop floor.
• Collaborates with LLT and stakeholders to align and roll out improvements.
• Provides guidance to sustain improvement and drive cost savings.
• Develops competency within LLT and drives performance through GEMBA.
