Job summary

ASML Wilton Factory is seeking a Quality Program Leader to drive factory-wide quality governance, QMS ownership and measurable improvements in defect reduction and process capability. You will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain, and ensure audit readiness across the Wilton value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical, Quality, Mechatronics or related field
• 10+ years of quality engineering, manufacturing or operational excellence in high-tech manufacturing
• 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional quality priorities
• Experience leading factory-wide quality strategy, governance, audit readiness and improvement initiatives
• Strong background in SPC, Six Sigma, quality systems, audit management and structured problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational quality leadership for Wilton Factory, setting direction and governance
• Develop and execute the Wilton Factory quality strategy and roadmaps
• Own the Quality Management System and ensure audit readiness and corrective action governance
• Provide executive-level reporting on factory quality performance and risks
• Lead continuous improvement efforts using DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Customer Support
