Job summary

ASML Holding in Wilton, CT, seeks a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality planning and cross-functional improvement efforts for complex semiconductor products. You will drive design-for-quality activities and manage risk through FMEA, SPC, and robust measurement and control plans.

You will coordinate audits, analyze data with Python, Minitab, or Power BI, and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma practices. A BS/BE is required with 4+ years of relevant experience; MS/PhD is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or BE in a technical field; MS/PhD preferred.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and SPC.
• FMEA, measurement system analysis, and control plans.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and audit preparation; internal audit cert is a plus.
• Data analysis and reporting using Python, Minitab or Power BI is advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive design-for-quality plans for ASML products and lead quality strategy on cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen issue intake processes to define problems and next steps.
• Lead failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Facilitate Failure Review Board meetings and communicate findings.
• Document reports for management and stakeholders with clear accountability.
• Conduct FMEA sessions to identify risks and preventive actions.
• Analyze process performance and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.
• Plan internal assessments and prepare for ISO 9001 external audits.
