Job summary

ASML Wilton Factory seeks a Quality Program Leader to be the organizational quality leader across Wilton operations, owning the Quality Management System and driving enterprise-wide quality improvements. You will lead a cross-functional team, set governance, and align with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality to deliver measurable quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering, 10+ years in quality, 5+ years in leadership, and strong Six Sigma/training in problem

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Quality/Mechatronics or related field.
10+ years of progressive quality engineering, manufacturing or operational excellence experience in a high-tech setting.
5+ years leading teams and quality priorities across cross-functional teams.
Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred; ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE a plus.
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Enterprise-level quality leadership, factory governance, and QMS ownership across Wilton Factory.
Own quality strategy, governance, audit readiness, and improvement roadmaps.
Drive defect reduction, process capability improvement, and corrective action effectiveness.
Lead DMAIC, root-cause analysis, and structured problem solving with cross-functional teams.
Travel up to 10% annually within the US and internationally.
