Job summary

ASML Wilton Factory seeks a Quality Program Leader to drive factory-wide quality, governance, and QMS ownership. You will align quality priorities with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, ensuring audit readiness and measurable improvements.

Lead Six Sigma initiatives, coach teams, and translate data into action. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline.
• 10+ years in quality engineering/manufacturing in high-tech environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Experience leading factory-wide quality strategy, governance, and audits.
• Strong background in SPC, Six Sigma, audit management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level quality leadership and Wilton Factory governance.
• Own the Quality Management System and audit readiness.
• Drive end-to-end quality priorities across functions.
• Translate signals into prioritized quality improvements and roadmaps.
• Provide executive reporting on quality performance and risk.
