Job summary

ASML in Wilton, Connecticut, seeks a Production Engineer - First Line Support to keep semiconductor production flowing. You will troubleshoot real‑time issues, document investigations, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to drive improvements.

You should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and 2+ years in a production environment, with experience in mechanical/electromechanical systems and SPC. A proactive, adaptable mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field with 2+ years in production/industrial environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical systems is preferred.
• Experience with statistical process control and production data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues in real time to minimize downtime.
• Document technical investigations and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineering as needed.
• Support process control via SPC and data analysis.
• Investigate recurring challenges and contribute to long-term improvements.
• Participate in material and production reviews to optimize flow and quality.
