Job summary

Baxters North America Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Manager in Cincinnati, OH, to oversee production operations, drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams toward meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires 5–7 years of operations management experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in Lean/CI and safety compliance. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an MBA or advanced SCM degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Master’s in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• MBA or advanced SCM or International Business also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the factory production and production support teams (direct line, including direct labour, indirect labour, and temporary employees) for daily execution of the production plan to maximise output and minimize cost.
• Collaborate with supply chain to maintain inventory at the right quality and lowest cost to meet customer/sales needs.
• Coach and develop site staff; lead Lean/CI initiatives and drive safety improvements.
• Provide input to budgeting and cost reduction plans to improve the plant P&L.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain asset integrity.
