Job summary

Baxters North America is seeking an Area Lead to oversee daily operations in an assigned production area. You will lead a hands-on team, coordinate shift activities, and act as the main contact between operators, maintenance, quality, and management to ensure safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, strong communication, and a commitment to GMPs and SOPs. Strong leadership and planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within an assigned production area to ensure safety, quality, productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between operators, maintenance, quality, and management.
• Lead and train production team members; coordinate shift activities and manage labor scheduling.
