Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or 3–5 years in manufacturing, production or distribution with 18–36 months in an Operations Manager role.
• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities to inspire others.
• Experience with full personnel lifecycle – hiring, performance management, promotions and separations.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance across the distribution center.
