Lenovo is seeking a Factory Experience Program Manager in Whitsett, NC, to develop and scale factory engagement programs that showcase manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and innovation capabilities to customers and partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end experiences, from opportunity identification through visit execution and continuous improvement, in Lenovo's Whitsett facility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field required.
• 1+ year experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or related areas preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Factory Experience Program strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, EBC, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Design engaging agendas and coordinate visits, tours, and related events.
• Oversee end-to-end visit planning, logistics, catering, security, and accommodations.
• Coordinate content with cross-functional teams and manage escalations during visits.
• Capture visitor feedback, analyze engagement, and report program performance.
• Manage program budgets, pricing support, and cost reporting.
