Job summary

Lenovo’s Whitsett, NC facility seeks a Factory Experience Program Manager to develop, manage, and scale factory engagement programs that showcase manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and innovation to customers and partners. You will be the primary focal point for customer-facing visits, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience from opportunity through visit execution and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Organized, able to manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Factory Experience Program strategy, roadmap, governance, and execution.
• Develop scalable processes, standards, and best practices across manufacturing locations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance visitor engagement and operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain program KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as primary contact for customer, partner, and executive factory visits.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and EBC teams to identify opportunities.
• Design customized agendas aligned with customer interests and business objectives.
• Coordinate executive meetings, SME presentations, facility tours, demonstrations, and networking events.
• Lead all planning and execution activities for factory experiences.
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, transportation, meeting facilities, catering, security, visitor access, and accommodations.
• Ensure a world-class visitor experience reflecting Lenovo's brand and excellence.
• Conduct or coordinate manufacturing and supply chain tours.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Product teams to develop content.
• Align stakeholders on visit objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate presentation development and demonstrations across organizations.
• Manage escalation and issue resolution before and during visits.
• Capture visitor feedback and satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze trends and program impact.
• Produce quarterly leadership reports on performance and improvement opportunities.
• Track pipeline influence and cost management.
• Manage program budgets and visit-related expenses.
• Support pricing, quotations, and cost recovery processes.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting of event costs.
• Increase awareness of Factory Experience services.
• Develop promotional materials and success stories.
• Identify opportunities to expand offerings and site participation.
