You will help design, develop, and ramp up factory lines across multiple processes, collaborating with senior engineers and program leads to review drawings, evaluate feasibility, and shape production and inspection workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and apply DFM principles.
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in building modern manufacturing systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review part and assembly drawings to assess manufacturing feasibility.
• Assist in developing production workflows and tooling requirements.
• Support CapEx research, equipment evaluation, and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical input to automation and inspection planning.
