Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. seeks a FACT Team Leader to administer and direct the Florida Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Program, ensuring delivery of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services for adults with severe mental illness.

The role promotes recovery, empowerment, and patient self-determination within a multidisciplinary team. The FACT program reduces hospitalization, improves community tenure, and enhances independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services in accordance with the FACT model.
• Assists the FACT Program Manager in directing day-to-day clinical operations.
• Coordinates staffing to ensure coverage for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Coordinates admissions and the treatment, rehabilitation, and support services of the program.
• Reviews documentation to meet state requirements and MHRC standards.
• Provides training and orientation to new staff and ensures compliance with development plans.
