Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. in Florida is seeking a dedicated professional to join the FACT team, providing comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to adults with severe mental illness in the community.

The role emphasizes teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration to promote recovery and self-determination. The position requires a Master’s degree in Human Services or related field, experience with serious mental illness, and a valid Florida driver’s license; site

Qualifications

• Experience with DBT therapy techniques preferred.
• Strong communication skills essential with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently in daily operations.
• Must meet MHRC/RBHS vehicle driver requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services per the FACT model (PACT).
• Maintains accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of clinical records.
• Conducts mental health status assessments and coordinates referrals.
• Assists with activities of daily living, transportation, communication, and social skills.
• Provides education on symptoms, medications, and mental health.
• Conducts individual and group therapy sessions on various topics.
• Acts as primary case manager to promote recovery and empowerment.
