New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee seeks a Team Leader-FACT to oversee treatment teams serving adults with severe mental illness. You will coordinate ITT, write and implement treatment plans, provide supportive therapy, and advocate for member rights.

The role includes ongoing assessment, skills training, vocational counseling, daily living support, and collaboration with families and community partners.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavioral science required; experience with adults with severe mental illness.
• Ability to build trusting relationships and respect member rights.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with 6 points or less in the last 3 years.
• Pass Level 2 Background through DCF and AHCA Clearinghouse.

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management and develop treatment goals with the ITT.
• Assess symptoms and adjust treatment plans for safety.
• Provide vocational-supportive counseling to identify career goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living, skills training, and environmental adaptations.
• Provide individual supportive therapy, social-skill development, and advocacy.
• Support day-to-day FACT team operations alongside the Team Leader.
