Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. seeks a FACT Team Leader to direct the Florida Assertive Community Treatment program, guiding a multidisciplinary team in delivering recovery-focused services to adults with serious mental illness.

This includes advocacy, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and coordination of care in community settings. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical supervision, and collaboration across teams, with some travel and rotating hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Three years of experience with adults with severe mental illness.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Florida license LMHC/LMFT/LCSW required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and screen individuals for FACT services and coordinate admissions with the psychiatrist.
• Assign staff to ITT and designate primary case managers.
• Oversee initial and comprehensive assessments and recovery plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead treatment planning and recovery meetings.
• Deliver direct clinical, rehabilitation, and support services as an active clinician.
• Coordinate daily team meetings for prioritized services and timely care.
• Provide on-call coverage and crisis support (24/7).
• Ensure staff are trained in evidence-based practices (MI, trauma-informed care, WRAP).
• Monitor risk, trauma, abuse, and neglect with proper reporting.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
