Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Supervisor Facility Operations in Michigan to lead agricultural operations, including liquid and dry applications, with a strong emphasis on safety. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with the Sales team, and help drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently. You will use GPS, OT systems, and digital reporting tools, and you will participate in safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in agricultural operations or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility operations and provide daily direction to direct reports.
• Facilitate effective communication with the Sales team.
• Promote safety culture while aligning with internal objectives.
• Coordinate with Location Operations Manager on design, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities.
• Assist with compliance related to DOT, GPS, EHSS and other agencies.
• Ensure reports and training are completed by staff to improve skills.
• Present a professional image through appearance and facility cleanliness.

Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experienceThis position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
