Wilbur‑Ellis is seeking a Sales Agronomist III to manage and grow a sales territory by pairing agronomic knowledge with strategic customer engagement. Role Overview:

The Sales Agronomist III will be responsible for managing existing and attracting new customers within the sales territory, assisting customers with proper product selection and use based on agronomic needs, and maintaining and developing profitable customer relationships.

  • Comfortable adopting emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI‑powered productivity tools, and digital collaboration platforms to improve efficiency and customer engagement

Compensation and Benefits:

In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
