Job summary

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a Sales Agronomist I to manage existing and attract new customers within the sales territory in North Dakota. You will assist customers with product selection based on agronomic needs and maintain profitable relationships, while participating in budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, travel within the territory, and knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or agribusiness.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and to meetings.
  • Knowledge of herbicides and fertilizers (dry and liquid).
  • Proficient with computers and Windows.
  • English communication skills.

Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience .This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
