Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Facility Solutions Manager to lead service delivery for an assigned client, building strong relationships and tailoring service strategies to contract needs.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years in facility management, client management, and business development, with strong communication skills and travel ability. Requires reliability, CRM familiarity, and a degree is preferred. Salary includes base pay plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Proven track record in client management and business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations; reliable transportation required.
• Detail oriented with problem solving and client relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts to ensure retention and growth.
• Nurture relationships with contractors and suppliers for quality and compliance.
• Carry out regular assessments and quality checks and address issues.
• Utilize CRM to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness.
• Guide operational teams and implement training and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and execute solutions.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and prepare management reports.
