Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a related setting.
• Supervisory experience managing a team of 4–8 members.
• 2 years of Residential Aide work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the facility, including emergencies.
• Supervise and train Residential Aides in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Provide ongoing feedback through coaching and mentoring.
