Primary Responsibilities

• Setting up and removing various meeting room sets
• Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables
• Setting up water stations, note pads and pencils
• Making changes to room sets on short notice
• Moving pianos
• Setting up staging and placing of easels
• Working in a safe manner
• Meeting with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups

Secondary Responsibilities

• Communicating through a two-way radio
• Placing equipment in the proper storage areas
• Maintenance of equipment

Normal Working Hours

Day shift and night shift – shift time and days off varies depending on business

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred
