The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV, is seeking a Facilities Set-Up role for seasonal coverage. Primary duties include arranging and breaking down meeting room sets to accommodate guest events and conferences.

You will handle table dressing, water stations, pens, and staging, while coordinating with group contacts to relay setup details. Shift times vary by business needs; hospitality experience is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities : (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

• The setting up and removal of various meeting room sets
• Clothing, skirting and chairing up of tables
• Setting up water stations, note pads and pencils
• Making changes to room sets on short notice
• Moving pianos
• Setting up staging and placing of easels
• Working in a safe manner
• Meeting with group contacts and dispersing information received regarding set-ups

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Communicating through a two-way radio
• Placing equipment in the proper storage areas
• Maintenance of equipment

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days )

• Day shift and night shift- Shift time and days off varies depending on business
