Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and coordinate work orders and maintenance requests for Dallas County.
• Serve as first point of contact for maintenance emergencies and notify appropriate personnel.
• Manage a complex database of work orders using the CMMS; train others on the system.
• Produce weekly reports related to maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
