Job summary

UG2 is seeking an Account Director to oversee the total performance of facility services for the account in a high-demand setting. You will manage budgets, drive morale and productivity, and ensure a world-class operation with a 5 Star level of excellence.

You will lead shifts, coordinate with client teams and vendors, enforce safety and quality controls, and develop staff while aligning with company and project goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Management, Facility Management, Project Management or other service related subject.
• Be fluent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and with an aptitude to learn any other required programs.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years overall experience in facility site management.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to anticipate needs, multitask and adapt quickly.
• Budget awareness and ability to manage department expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage shifts management and supervisory team and develop standardized site management procedures.
• Coordinate with client's facilities team, vendors and department heads to meet deadlines and resources.
• Understand bid and contract documents and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and track annual maintenance or cleaning schedules.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.
• Monitor site safety procedures and QA processes; report on quality control.
• Prepare internal and external site reports and manage budgets.
