Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Management, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and understand business administration principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and supervisory teams across all shifts and develop standardized procedures.
• Coordinate resources with the client’s facilities management team, vendors, and department heads.
• Review bid and contract documents and manage both unionized and non‑unionized workforces.
• Develop and manage an annual maintenance schedule and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Act as a change agent to enhance workplace culture and collaborate with QA teams on quality control.
• Work with Safety Management to ensure safety procedures and health regulations compliance.
• Attend required meetings, provide site reports, and lead teams to meet objectives.
• Participate in affirmative action and manage recruitment to promote diversity and inclusion.
• Plan and direct team activities to ensure client satisfaction and optimize vendor relationships.
• Review service contracts and monitor staffing and schedules for optimal utilization.
• Prepare and track labor and expense budgets, manage payments, and report on finances.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and enforce security practices at the facility.
