Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Mobile Service Manager to oversee the performance of facility services across multiple accounts in a dynamic urban environment. You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and project goals.

The role requires extensive experience in facility management, strong procurement and bid development skills, and a focus on safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC license preferred
• 8–10 years in commercial business
• Ability to bid large and small jobs
• Diploma, Degree, or postgraduate qualification in Management/Facility/Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with willingness to learn additional software
• Minimum 4–7 years experience in facility management or related field
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Lead management and supervisory teams across all shifts and develop standardized procedures
• Oversee multiple projects and trades, including HVAC, electrical, and building maintenance
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for large-scale commercial projects
• Coordinate resources with client facilities management, vendors, and department heads
• Maintain bid and contract documents; manage union and non-union workforces
• Develop, track, and manage annual maintenance schedules and budgets
• Ensure safety procedures and health regulations are followed
