Job summary

UG2 LLC in New York is seeking an Account Director to lead the total performance of facility services for the account. You will oversee budgets, drive safety and quality programs, and manage a large team of site managers and staff.

This role requires strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to a world-class operation that delivers exceptional client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Management, Facility Management, Project Management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn other programs.
• 3 to 6 years of overall experience in facility site management.
• Experience with project management principles.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Budgeting knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts management and supervise site team; develop standardized procedures.
• Coordinate with client facilities team, vendors, and department heads on deadlines and resources.
• Understand bid and contract documents.
• Work with union and non-union hourly workforce.
• Develop and manage annual cleaning/maintenance schedules.
• Act as community steward and engage stakeholders.
• Drive cultural change and program improvements with employees.
• Collaborate with QA to report site quality control and assurance.
• Coordinate with Safety Management to enforce safety procedures.
• Review service contracts to meet facility needs.
• Plan staffing levels and monitor staffing.
• Prepare and track labor and expense budgets.
• Generate regular reports on budgets, contracts, expenditures.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure site security practices.
