Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Account Director to lead client relationships and strategy across Global Occupier Services service lines, overseeing a team to deliver on contract obligations.

The role requires a strong background in account governance, P&L management, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 20% and a focus on profitable, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years at management level or equivalent.
• Experience in directly leading and managing teams, including people-managers.
• Client, P&L and contract management experience.
• Experience in the management of an integrated services account (IFM, PDS, TM, PA, Strategic Consulting).
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business goals and align real estate services with these objectives.
• Implement the overall vision, strategy and measurement metrics to the applicable service lines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team preparing responses to RFPs and presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and governance processes.
• Ensure account profitability and deliverable quality across service lines.
• Mentor and develop account talent and promote DEI initiatives.
