Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Facilities Services supervisor to oversee safety training, QA, and program coordination across sites. You will coordinate with MMS system, Maintenance staff, and vendors to meet agency needs while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and QA standards.

The role requires at least three years in supervision, QA, or safety training; a high school diploma or GED; strong communication and MS Office skills; and willingness to travel to training locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in supervision, QA or safety training.
• Knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks coordinating with MMS system, maintenance staff, and vendors to meet agency needs.
• Ensures employees follow work processes, safety rules and regulations.
• Conducts facility inspections to ensure health, safety, QA standards are met.
• Maintains safety records and training rosters; conducts orientations for new hires.
• Coordinates OSHA training and safety procedures; supports QA specifications.
• Prepares safety reports, tracks corrective actions, and communicates findings to management.
• Conducts at least 3-site inspections per week; performs other duties as assigned.
