Qualifications

• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
• Develop maintenance schedules for HVAC, ammonia systems, and electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and food safety standards.
• Lead and develop maintenance staff and monitor performance.
