Sysco Minnesota is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance supervisor to oversee the upkeep, safety and appearance of the facility, grounds, and equipment. You will guide and coach a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with third‑party vendors to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires extensive maintenance background, strong safety focus, and the ability to implement preventive programs and regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA and internal standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid state Driver's License and liability coverage.
• Ammonia operation certification within 60 days; Level 2 preferred.
• HAZWOPER 24 hrs training within 60 days.
• Refrigeration certifications required.
• Powered Industrial Equipment certification within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily work and safety of facilities maintenance staff.
• Manage labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all systems.
• Coordinate with Safety department on training, inspections and incident investigations.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and contractors for upgrades and repairs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation across inspections.
