Job summary

Sysco Minnesota, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility and Material Handling Equipment Supervisor to lead maintenance, repair, and appearance of the facility, grounds, and equipment. The role manages safety, compliance, budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships, including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, dock and MHE; requires 5 years maintenance experience and multiple certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years in maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facility systems, safety regulations and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and safety of building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration, and MHE.
• Manage labor hours and supplies within budget and prepare work schedules.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety training with Safety Manager.
• Oversee asset purchases, vendor relationships, and preventative maintenance plans.
