Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 7 years maintenance management experience required.
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License and provide proof of liability coverage.
• Level 1 Ammonia Operation Certification required.
• HAZWOPER 24 hrs Training required. Incident Commander Training required, or obtains within 12 months.
• Certificate, licenses and registrations in refrigeration required.
• Powerful industrial equipment and fleet maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Directs the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, fleet maintenance, and security.
• Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
• Coordinates emergency response or crisis management activities and liaises with local emergency management.
• Develops and maintains budgets, profit plans, and capital requests as required.
• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules for systems, equipment, and buildings, including ammonia and HVAC.
• Monitors and audits inspections and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
