Sysco is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee general facility maintenance, repair, and appearance, including grounds, security, and associated equipment. This role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and directs maintenance staff and third-party providers.

Responsibilities include coaching maintenance associates, managing assets and inventory, and coordinating with vendors to maintain efficient operations. A High School diploma and 3 years in maintenance are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of on-the-job maintenance experience with electric pallet jacks and electric forklifts.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, refrigeration, plumbing, processing equipment, welding, and AIB preparation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the daily work and safety of associates engaged in building, grounds, sanitation, refrigeration systems, beverage department, power industrial equipment and security.
• Review, coach, and develop the maintenance associates. Monitoring work, adherence to policy and safety requirements. Issuing discipline when necessary.
• Supervises the proper selection, purchase, utilization and inventory of Company assets in support of the facilities, beverage department, and power industrial equipment and security departments.
• Assist with developing business relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third party vendors, including janitorial, pest services, security, external contractors, facility maintenance and beverage.
