Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services seeks an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to execute, lead, and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities for building systems under contract. You will supervise skilled trades, manage safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with client objectives.

Responsibilities include workflow oversight, performance evaluations, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors. A U.S. citizen able to obtain a Public Trust is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years managing large or multiple facilities, including government contracts.
• Certifications in Microsoft products are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute objectives of operation, maintenance, and repairs for building equipment.
• Oversee daily workflow of facilities departments and safety compliance.
• Lead facilities staff, vendors, and contractors to meet service levels within budget.
• Prepare operating budget reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Complete monthly/quarterly/annual reporting per client policies.
