Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or an operationally related field.
10 years' experience in a project or operations management position with government contracting and financial administration.
CHFM Certification.

Responsibilities

Monitor conformance to contract and review performance indicators.
Audit accounts for contract compliance and company policy; review materials, expenditures, quality control, payroll and other related items.
Analyze monthly financials including labor and expenditures and collaborate with site directors on improvements.
Initiate and document corrective and preventive actions in support of QA/QC programs.
Negotiate contract modifications and pricing with vendors at multiple sites.
Research opportunities for bidding and solicitations submissions.
Ensure compliance with company quality policy, mission and goals.
Collaborate with marketing and business development for bids, staffing, safety plan development, and equipment & materials management.
