Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of general maintenance/repair experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facilities staff for building services and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor facility systems (HVAC, electrical, security) and respond to problems.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain records.
• Train staff and liaise with internal staff and outside vendors.
• Open/close facility, schedule conference rooms, manage supplies.
