Job summary
Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager in Laguna Niguel, CA. This full-time role supports the Facility Operations Manager by keeping clubs clean and functional, training staff, and providing managerial backup when needed.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and 1 year of customer service experience. AFO and CPO certifications are expected within set timelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- AFO certification is required.
- CPO license within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
- Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide follow-up with solutions.
- Assist manager with monthly/annual budget recommendations.
- Train team members with ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Serve on Safety Committee ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing for Operations.
- Attend weekly department and all-club meetings.
- Build positive relationships with members and gather feedback.
- Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
