Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager to assist the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean, functioning facilities and top-notch member service. This is a full-time role with opposite scheduling to the Manager and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED within 30 days, AFO and CPO certifications, and 1 year of customer service experience, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• AFO certification and CPO license within specified timelines.
• 1 year of customer service experience and flexibility with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, and common areas.
• Respond to member feedback with urgency and provide solutions.
• Assist with monthly/annual budget recommendations.
• Train team members with ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Support safety compliance with OSHA-related policies.
• Assist with recruiting/interviewing for Operations.
• Attend weekly department and all-club meetings.
• Coordinate and create Operations staff schedules.
