Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Operations Assistant Manager in Orlando, FL. The role supports the Facility Operations Manager to maintain clean, functioning facilities and deliver excellent customer service.

The position involves training team members, staffing coordination, budget input, and safety compliance. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service, CPR/AED, and CPO certification; AFO is preferred. Hours are based on shift needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Aquatic Facilities Operator Certification (AFO) required.
• Certified Pool Operator license (CPO) within 3 months of hire.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsabilités

• Assists staff in maintaining locker rooms, fitness floors, common areas, and amenities.
• Responds to member feedback with urgency and provides follow up communication with solutions.
• Assists the manager with monthly and annual budget recommendations.
• Assists in training team members through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback.
• Serves on the club Safety Committee ensuring policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assists with the recruiting and interviewing for the Operations department.
• Attends weekly department head, Operations department, and “all club” meetings.
• Builds positive relationship with members while gathering feedback.
• Coordinates and creates Operations staff schedules.
