US Foods North Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Manager, Facility Operations to lead and develop a high‑performing facilities team in a high‑volume, temperature‑controlled distribution environment. You will drive preventive maintenance, ensure cold chain integrity, and maintain regulatory compliance while optimizing workflows with CMMS and automation technologies.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with QA and safety teams, and partner with vendors to sustain asset performance and energy

Formación

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems within cold chain distribution.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic data analytics to drive performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, power equipment, and security upkeep.
• Oversee refrigeration systems to maintain temperature control for perishables; coordinate with QA/food safety teams.
• Manage facility operations activities and capital projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal distribution impact.
