US Foods in Manassas, VA seeks a Manager, Facility Operations to lead a high-volume, temperature-controlled distribution facility. You will drive safe, efficient operation, oversee maintenance and repairs, and ensure cold chain integrity through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution.

You will manage a team, optimize CMMS-driven workflows, partner with vendors, and implement sustainability initiatives while safeguarding product quality and service continuity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities management experience.
• 3 years working with refrigeration systems within cold chain distribution.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, budgets, and vendor contracts.

Responsabilités

• Direct and monitor maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration, and security activities using CMMS and schedules.
• Oversee refrigeration systems to maintain cold chain integrity and respond to temperature excursions.
• Manage facility operations, capital projects, and vendor relations within budget.
• Lead staff development, training, discipline, and scheduling for maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, GMP, and related regulations; coordinate safety and audits.
