Responsibilities

• Reviews the schedule of functions during the assigned shift and ensures activities run as scheduled.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are available and room arrangements are complete; coordinates staff as needed.
• Maintains order, enforces facility rules and admittance policies; warns disruptive behavior.
• Keeps a logbook of significant occurrences; handles cash/change funds and may perform cash counts.
• Enters records and reports on PC; ensures staff clock in/out and change machines have adequate change.
• Before closing, performs fire safety checks, secures doors/windows, and activates the security alarm; assists with special events.
