Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service, information and support of Community Recreation programs and activities.
• Checks patron eligibility to ensure authorized use of recreation facilities, resources and equipment.
• Collects fees from customers for tickets, retail and rental items using POS systems and completes a Daily Activity Report (DAR).
• Assists in administering workshops, clinics and events in leisure activities.
• Assists with recruitment, training and scheduling of Community Recreation staff.
• Supports planning, marketing and execution of MWR programs and events including entertainment scheduling.
• Promotes MWR facilities and events through outreach opportunities on base and partnerships with local organizations.
• Manages inventory and equipment accountability and handles check-in/check-out procedures.
