Job summary

Ennoble Care in Chickasha, OK is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients. You will work under a physician, building care plans for individuals with chronic diseases and coordinating with families.

The role emphasizes independent practice, strong clinical skills, and compassionate patient interactions, with a flexible schedule and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to accurately assess and diagnose.
• Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Chickasha, OK.
• Assess patient health by performing physical examinations; obtain, update, and review medical histories and create care plans.
• Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across internal platforms.
• Provide high quality, patient-centered care to a panel of patients.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
• Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary.
• Prescribe medications and medically necessary interventions.
