Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Facility Manager (MPF) to lead a team of material processing professionals, ensuring safety, EH&S compliance, and optimal facility performance. You will partner with the sales team to broker materials produced at MPF and align with revenue goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and financial acumen to drive reliability, cost control, and continuous improvement in a waste-to-value operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and waste industry regulations.
• Experience brokering the sale of materials or commodities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads facility personnel to operate safely and efficiently.
• Promotes EH&S culture and compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborates with sales to broker oil and other materials from MPF.
• Manages budgets, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
