Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly. You’ll stay ahead of failures and be the first responder when issues arise, ensuring uptime and guest satisfaction.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements in a high-volume entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities or technical operations in a high-volume venue.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general contracting.
• Ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and cost-control capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in mechanical/technical spaces.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs with speed and accuracy.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safety and technical skills.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
