Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and all building systems running smoothly. You will lead daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and act as the on-site technical expert to ensure uptime and guest satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), team leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and vendors while supporting operations during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facilities or technical operations leadership in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general contracting experience.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures.
• Serve as on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance staff in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
